Ishiki Lab

IoT Furniture for OpenDesk and Impact Hub Tokyo

We delivered a co-working space that fosters collaboration and provides meaningful insight into the environment and the behaviour of the users of the space.

In collaboration with Impact Hub and OpenDesk, we specified the systems components, designed the physical interface and programmed the microcontrollers for the Internet of Things (IoT) fit-out of Impact Hub Tokyo, a co-working space in Japan.

We supported Impact Hub through the entire design process, from definition of the system components and network architecture, through the prototyping phase, to the production of the final specification, drawings and software development for the physical installation in the Impact Hub Tokyo space.
